What is this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy?
Terms of cancellation
- You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing with us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at email@example.com
- Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
- If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 7 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with the replacement of the product. Refunds will be only given when we receive the product on our end.
- In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances as these print on demand T-shirts and specially printed on behalf of the customer's request. Kindly refer to the size chart on the product page. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request by mailing as at firstname.lastname@example.org order id, product name, and images. PLEASE NOTE:
- The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
- The color of the custom t-shirt, posters, phone sockets, and custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the customer.

Terms of Return and Refund
- On the off chance that the User is disappointed with the bought Product got from 18th Highstreet, or in the occasion where there are imperfections and insufficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by 18th Highstreet after due verification at its sole discretion) or in the event of late conveyance (besides if there should arise an occurrence of power Majeure including COVID-19), a User may start a solicitation for restoring the Product on the Platforms. - Some products are Print on Demand Products (POD), Hence they are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are printed on sole demand of the customer whey he/she placed the order. However, if the product is faulty or the wrong product is sent, 18th Highstreet will accept the returns or exchange for the same. - The User can return Non-returnable Products if there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (inferable from, and acknowledged by 18th Highstreet after due confirmation at its sole attentiveness) or if such Non-returnable Products are conveyed late (besides in the event of power Majeure including COVID-19). The User will start a solicitation for returning such Non-returnable Products on the Platforms not later than 7 (seven) days from the date of conveyance of Product.
- Subject to the provisions of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, 18th Highstreet offers Users a simple return/refund policy. 18th Highstreet likewise acknowledges halfway returns wherein the User can raise a return demand for one or all Products. - While raising a request for return on the Platforms, the User will have the option to seek a refund of the monies paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product. The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for the return of Products. The User will guarantee that the Product(s) being returned consent to the conditions set out under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and are, among different conditions, unused, unwashed, with sticker prices unblemished, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned Product(s) ought not to convey stains, sweat, cleanser, or stench. 18th Highstreet maintains whatever authority is needed to adjust and authorize this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy whenever without serving an earlier notification on the User. In any case, 18th Highstreet will tell the Users of any adjustment in the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy by posting a notification on the landing page of the Platform.
- Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be engaged by 18th Highstreet if:
- The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If 18th Highstreet is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, 18th Highstreet shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;
- The Product has been washed;
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
- The accessories delivered with the Product are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
- There are any dents, scratches, tears, or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
- If the User in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
- 18th Highstreet will initiate a process of refund of the monies paid by the User towards the acquisition of a Product, after directing quality checks, if it is fulfilled that the Product being returned qualifies the User for a refund. It is additionally explained that 18th Highstreet will not be needed to make any refund or return the Product that it considers ineligible for a refund or return based on such quality checks.
- It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include monies paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by 18th Highstreet after due verification at its sole discretion).
- 18th Highstreet shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number and email address. 18th Highstreet disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the refund.
- If the solicitation for refund is undisputed by 18th Highstreet, the discount ought to reflect in the User's bank account as well as the User's Wallet inside such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which 18th Highstreet initiates the refund.
