What is this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy?
Terms of cancellation
- You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing with us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

Terms of Returns and Refunds
- On the off chance that the User is disappointed with the bought Product got from 18th Highstreet, or in the occasion where there are imperfections and insufficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by 18th Highstreet after due verification at its sole discretion) or in the event of late conveyance (besides if there should arise an occurrence of power Majeure including COVID-19), a User may start a solicitation for restoring the Product on the Platforms. The User will start such demands for a return not later than: (a) 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she got the conveyance of the Product.
- In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances as these print on demand T-shirts and specially printed on behalf of the customer's request. Kindly refer to the size chart on the product page. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order id, product name, and images. PLEASE NOTE:
- The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
- The colour of the custom t-shirt, posters, phone sockets, and custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
- If the right product is delivered to the customer, and there is no manufacturing default, and the customer still wants to return/replace the product, a reverse charge of ₹100 will be charged by the customer.
- It takes 24-48 hours for the product to be picked and 7-10 days to get delivered back, customer will get their refund after a complete quality check.
- If the order was paid online, the customer will receive the refund in their sources account, however, in the case of COD orders, a coupon (Non-expirable) will be issued to the customer for purchase on the website.
- The COD charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded to the customer under any circumstances.
- Some products are Print on Demand Products (POD), Hence they are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are printed on the sole demand of the customer whey he/she placed the order. However, if the product is faulty or the wrong product is sent, 18th Highstreet will accept the returns or exchange for the same. In such a situation mail us at email@example.com with all relevant details from your registered email address.
- Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be engaged by 18th Highstreet if:
- The Product has been used for any reason. If 18th Highstreet is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort, 18th Highstreet shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;
- The Product has been washed;
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
- The accessories delivered with the Product are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
- There are any dents, scratches, tears, or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
- If the User in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
- Subject to the provisions of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, 18th Highstreet offers Users a simple return/refund policy. 18th Highstreet likewise acknowledges halfway returns wherein the User can raise a return demand for one or all Products. The interaction for starting the cycle for raising a return/refund/exchange request is:

- Select the order you want to return and click on “Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions on this page.
- At the time of the creation of this return/refund request, the User shall specify the preferred mode of refund i.e. the User’s bank, if the User had used the cash on delivery mode of payment.
- The Products will be picked up within the timelines intimated by 18th Highstreet.
- 18th Highstreet will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the Products are received in accordance with the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
- 18th Highstreet will initiate a process of refund of the monies paid by the User towards the acquisition of a Product, after directing quality checks, if it is fulfilled that the Product being returned qualifies the User for a refund. It is additionally explained that 18th Highstreet will not be needed to make any refund or return the Product that it considers ineligible for a refund or return based on such quality checks.
- It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include monies paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by 18th Highstreet after due verification at its sole discretion).
- 18th Highstreet shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number and email address. 18th Highstreet disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the refund.
- If the solicitation for refund is undisputed by 18th Highstreet, the discount ought to reflect in the User's bank account as well as the User's Wallet inside such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which 18th Highstreet initiates the refund.
There are various pin codes that are not serviceable for reverse pick-up, in that case, we will ask our customer to self-ship the package. If there are any manufacturing defaults in product, we will compensate the customer with reverse charges, however, the same will not happen in case customers needs a size change or colour change.
