I forgot my password, what do I do?

What is the delivery time?

The delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery Pincode. Please note, there can be an unusual delay in the delivery due to any cause, however, you will be duly informed about the delay. However, our usual delivery period lies between 5-8 working days. You can also track your order on www.18highstreet.in.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping for orders above INR 599

Are there any COD charges?

Yes there COD charges for orders below INR 999.

How can I avoid COD charges?

You can avoid COD charges by doing payment online through various modes. Besides, you can avail of an extra discount if you pay online during festive offers.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier partners delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

How will I Receive My Order?

We will ship your order to your mentioned shipping address. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by trusted courier partners. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

How should I check the status of my Order?

You can track your orders by logging in to your account, Under the ‘Track Orders’ Tab. If you still have any issues, write to us at orders@18thhighstreet.com and your issue will be addressed.

How would I know my request has been confirmed?

We'll send an email and SMS with your Order ID and Order Details. Also, once the order is shipped from the warehouse you will receive the tracking details via SMS and email.

What does 'Out of Stock' mean?

Out of Stock means the product is currently not available. You can add this product to your wishlist. we'll notify you when it is available.

Why do I see different prices for products with the same title?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it might have different sizes and colors.

The package I received was damaged?

We request you not to accept a package if it has been tampered with. In case you already have and that has an issue, please reach out for help at care@18highstreet.in.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns FAQs

What is 18th High Street Fashion's Cancellation Policy?

As long as the cancel option is available on the website, you can cancel an order when it is in packed/processing status. Not every order is eligible for calcellation. Most of our products are Print on Demand (POD) Products and prepared as soon as order is received. However, if items are elible for returns, Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using the same method through which the payment was made without ruling out the items purchased on sale.

How do I cancel my order?

To do so, please go to the ‘My orders’ section under the main menu of the website and then select the item or order you want to cancel.

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you made payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. In case you have used wallet (partial or full amount) to place an order, the entire order amount will be refunded in the wallet. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.

If I request a replacement, when will I get it?

Not every order qualifies for replacement, you first have to return the initial item and order the desired item again. Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement if it is eligible. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

Which items are not eligible for returns?

The following table contains a list of products that are not eligible for returns as per the seller’s Returns Policy: Lingeries and nightwear, phone covers, phone sockets, any item which is used or worn, items without original tags, and stickers, etc.

Would items be able to be returned after the time-frame referenced in the merchant's Returns Policy?

No, we will not be able to accept returns after the period mentioned in the Returns Policy.

How do returns work?

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

  • Log into your 18th Highstreet account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request
Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund.

Can I return the products if I do not find them as per my expectations?

Yes, you can return the products if you receive the wrong size, color, defective/worn/torn/wrong item.

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

We will initiate a refund for the return amount into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating the return request which means your refund will be initiated within 15 working days of a successful quality check.

Does 18th High Street Fashion pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pin code is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on the website. We will pick up the return within 2 - 5 days from the request placement date.

How can I Self-Ship the product to 18th HighStreet Fashion?

If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the returned item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return an ID for each item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs. Therefore, please ensure that a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt is shared via the Contact us option available on the website. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions for successful processing.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for 7-10 working days. For queries, you can write to us at care@18highstreet.in

How do I check the status of my order?

To check your order status, please log in and tap on ‘My Orders’ under the profile section.

How can I check if 18th HighStreet delivers to my PIN Code?

To find out if 18th HighStreet delivers to your PIN Code please tap on ‘Check Delivery options’ to get the required information. If your PIN Code isn’t serviceable by us, check back later as we keep updating our serviceable PIN Code to reach you.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

As each order is shipping to a single address, we recommend you to do so by placing multiple orders.

For what reason faster delivery options not accessible in my area?

Faster delivery options may not be available at your location due to courier-related reasons but we’re trying to expand our services to include more places. Stay tuned for updates!

Why can't I get some items shipped to my location?

Some pin codes are in remote areas and are hard to access, even though we cover 27000+ pin codes, you can check with your Pincode on the product page to see how long will the delivery take.

For what reason didn't my request meet all requirements with the expectation of free delivery?

Your order qualifies for free delivery if you order products worth INR 499 and above. If your order value for products is less than INR 499, a flat delivery fee of INR 49 will be charged.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

The tentative delivery period is 5-7 working days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances, and in a majority of cases, we tend to deliver within 3 days once an item is packed and shipped.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please make sure that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords, and retry. If your payment fails again, you can use alternative payment options to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

I am being charged a GST amount on my order. What is GST?

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. Most of our product prices and inclusive of GST which has to be borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax, etc.

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation.
